Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong>What awaits you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive and coordinate sustainability activities across the APAC region in line with Krones sustainability strategy and ESG objectives</li> <li>Act as the APAC Sustainability Officer within the established APAC Sustainability Network and support regional sustainability governance and reporting</li> <li>Coordinate sustainability execution for the production plant in APAC, ensuring strong local implementation, monitoring, and ongoing operational support</li> <li>Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations, including water management, wastewater, waste and hazardous waste handling, energy efficiency, and emissions</li> <li>Coordinate and align with APAC plant management, HSE, and Quality functions, who remain the primary interface to local authorities and regulators</li> <li>Act as sustainability expert interface towards auditors and internal stakeholders, supporting audits, assessments, and corrective actions</li> <li>Ensure effective execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 14001–certified Environmental Management System (EMS) for our APAC production plant, including audit support</li> <li>Monitor and report KPIs sustainability related to energy, water, waste, emissions, and overall environmental performance at plant and regional level.</li> <li>Drive resource efficiency, reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement in alignment with APAC and Group sustainability targets</li> <li>Coordinate the ESG representatives/ sustainability coordinators across APAC subsidiaries to ensure consistent application of sustainability standards and best practices</li> <li>Take care of social sustainability topics in APAC, including diversity and inclusion, employee health and well-being, occupational health initiatives, and awareness</li> <li>Support alignment of social sustainability practices across APAC entities, considering cultural, regulatory, and organizational specifics</li> <li>Prepare inputs for APAC sustainability meetings and support cross-functional initiatives involving for example, Quality, Operations, HR</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Management, ESG, Industrial Engineering, or a related field</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong knowledge of environmental laws, ESG standards, and sustainability regulations in manufacturing environments</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience or solid understanding of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and audit processes</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of sustainability KPIs, resource efficiency, and environmental performance monitoring</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience in the bottling, packaging, or industrial manufacturing sector is an advantage</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Krones portfolio or systems is a plus</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong project management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">High learning aptitude and ability to work across cultures within a regional APAC setup</span></li> </ul><div id="templateFooterExternal"> <div class="headline-container">Your application <strong>Interested?
