Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong>What awaits you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and monitor overall warehouse operations.</li> <li>Supervise warehouse activities, including: <ul> <li>Unloading, receiving, inspection, unpacking, put-away, and space arrangement for storage and stock rotation. </li> <li>Picking, packing, and loading operations.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure all products are properly stored and organized.</li> <li>Manage warehouse locations and optimize space utilization.</li> <li>Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure goods are received and dispatched properly.</li> <li>Follow up and respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.</li> <li>Manage the warehouse team and assigned areas, including inventory control activities, stock arrangement by batch number, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.</li> <li>Collaborate and communicate regarding damage, shortage, or excess goods; handle claims, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions.</li> <li>Monitor stock levels of consumables and packaging materials.</li> <li>Monitor warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).</li> <li>Be responsible for annual stock-taking activities.</li> <li>Control and follow up on cycle count activities.</li> <li>Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in handling daily issues and proactively communicate with the supervisor.</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute </strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.</li> <li>Ability to work in a warehouse environment is required. Experience using SAP (Material Management module).</li> <li>Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
