Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong>What awaits you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set up and commission Krones machines across the product portfolio according to the technician’s area of specialization (e.g., labeling technology), under the guidance of an experienced Service Technician.</li> <li>Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on individual machines within the assigned Business Unit, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.</li> <li>Deliver technical training to machine operators at customer sites to ensure safe and proper operation of the equipment.</li> <li>Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and offering guidance on machine usage and maintenance.</li> <li>Participate in design improvements, working closely with engineering teams to support updates, modifications, and enhancement initiatives.</li> <li>Support quality improvement efforts in alignment with company-wide quality standards and continuous improvement goals.</li> <li>Work independently and autonomously, demonstrating responsibility for assigned tasks and adapting effectively to various work environments.</li> <li>Identify, analyze, and resolve machine malfunctions, requesting support where necessary, and actively participating in root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities.</li> <li>Prepare and submit accurate fault and incident reports in a timely manner.</li> <li>Recommend and implement process improvements, contributing to optimization of work procedures and development of more efficient work steps.</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor`s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering</li> <li>A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred</li> <li>Willingness to travel extensively in Thailand and overseas</li> <li>Prior experience in working in multinational teams is preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in English </li> </ul><div id="templateFooterExternal"> <div class="headline-container">Your application <strong>Interested?
