We are looking for a Senior Tia Consultant who wants to become an expert in the TIA software application to support customer’s business process and requirement implementation. You will create technical design and develop new system functionalities in the case where the TIA offering does not support the customer’s requirements. The tech stack is primarily TIA, Oracle Database and SQL. The ideal candidate needs to be Subject Matter Expert/Competence Lead in one of Tia modules (Policy, Products, Accounting, Integrations, etc.) or Technology Lead. As a Senior Tia Consultant, you will work closely with project management, analysis and testing teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of the defined solutions. Your job will be to build and design solution in line with TIA core functionality, as well as consulting business analysts and team leads providing insights into better solution. Your tasks will, among others, include: <ul> <li>Map out the differences between customer requirements and current core system features</li> <li>Continues contribution to the improvement of tools and implementation accelerators used by Tia Professional Services</li> <li>Acts as trusted advisor and works with a long-term perspective in a customer environment</li> <li>Provide support throughout the project lifecycle to development QA, UAT and production when needed</li> <li>Create functional and technical solution specifications</li> <li>Team leading and scope management</li> <li>Facilitate and Document Solution Design workshops </li> </ul> We expect you to have more than 3 years of experience in TIA or other standard Insurance Software implementation and development. It would be perfect if you are Subject Matter Expert in at least 2 Functional Areas for Insurance Software (E.g. Policy Administration, Billing or Accounting). Your competencies should include those listed below: <ul> <li>Experience with database design and data modelling</li> <li>Excellent system design skills and Insurance knowledge </li> <li>More than 4 years of experience in software implementation and development</li> <li>English</li> <li>Ability to perform project tasks by his/her own with limited Project Manager or Team Leader supervision</li> </ul> We would also appreciate strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
