Owner of all project aspects and lifecycle</li> </ul> <p><br> Pre- requisite knowledge & experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience level should be between 8 to 12 years</li> <li>Experience in software product implementation management</li> <li>Familiarity with insurance domain / financial services is a plus</li> <li>Managing project in a matrix environment</li> <li>Analysis of business procedure requirements</li> <li>Project Management Certification would be a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Required skills</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in Software Product Implementation Methodology</li> <li>Planning and managing capabilities Stakeholder Reporting</li> <li>Risk Identification and Mitigation capabilities</li> <li>Knowledge in planning tools (MS Project, JIRA, Excel, etc.)</li> <li>Ability to produce management artifacts</li> <li>Capabilities to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment</li> <li>Representative</li> <li>Communication skills (customers, partners and team members)</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills</li> <li><strong>Ready to travel (short term) if need be</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p>
