Roles and Responsibilities <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end design, data flow and integration for the solution. </li> <li>Provide technical leadership to Project teams and Clients (Inbound and Outbound)</li> <li>Ensure the development and delivery of optimum design that meets Functional and Non-Functional requirements.</li> <li>Develop trust relationship with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and provide a single point of ownership for technical, integration and system queries.</li> <li>Challenge team members with regards to assumptions, scope and delivery approach.</li> <li>Ensure that development and delivery of solutions are based on robust infrastructure, are scalable, perform to specifications and include the right level of logs to allow monitoring and troubleshooting of system operation and performance</li> <li>Advocates and influence the adoption and use of new techniques and technical practices as part of the solution. Including performing hands-on POCs</li> <li>Collaboration with RnD\ other Divisions on new technologies an tools</li> </ul> Required Skills: <ul> <li>Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations across multiple projects</li> <li>Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends</li> <li>Capable of interpreting business requirements (both functional and non-functional) and understanding the impact they will have on solution designs</li> <li>Excellent understanding of project lifecycle and application development methodologies, particularly how to architect in an Agile environment</li> <li>Significant development hands-on experience (SQL, C++, Java, C# or similar OO stack)</li> <li>Post Implementation Support experience (to include problem triaging, defect recreation, reviewing and analysing logs, end-to-end problem analysis, data fixing and testing)</li> <li>Experience with infrastructure developments, Performance tuning, Integration and a experience with different Operation Systems, DBMS and technology stacks</li> <li>Keen to learn and strive on owning and resolving complex problems</li> </ul> Join us and become part of our common success!
