The position requires extensive knowledge & experience of General insurance market in Vietnam with ability to work closely with teams.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Participate actively during the functional business requirement workshops between Customer & Sapiens Business Analyst (BA)</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Provide clear understanding of complex local general insurance business process & regulatory requirements to Sapiens BA. </span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Bridge the understanding gap between client and Sapiens BA by providing insights and direction to Customer & Sapiens BA.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Engage and influence customer senior level executives on standard<strong><em> </em></strong>Sapiens product features and capabilities.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Work closely with Sapiens BA to translate business requirements to effective solution.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Translate Business Process and other documents from Vietnamese to English.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Understand the basic framework of Sapiens Product.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><strong>Job Requirements </strong></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><strong>Must have </strong></span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Total work experience 15+ years and above</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Experience in General Insurance market in Vietnam. Clearly understands regulatory rules and frameworks and its implementation on systems.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Experience with overseas customers.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Excellent command over verbal and written English. Effectively communicate in English and Vietnamese. </span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Strong interpersonal communications skills </span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Held a Senior IT position or a Senior Business Position in General insurance<strong><em> </em></strong>industry.<strong><em> </em></strong>Example: Senior Underwriter from a General Insurance Company.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><strong>Good to have</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Experience with Technology company.</span></span></p>
