The Sapiens team of approximately 3,500 professionals operates through our fully-owned subsidiaries Click the following link to learn more about Sapiens India <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VK66N3y8-ck" style="text-decoration:underline">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VK66N3y8-ck</a> Roles and Responsibilities <ul> <li class="x">Responsible for research and innovation with the new business solutions, technologies and trends emerging in the data & analytics space. </li> <li class="x">Perform market/competitive analysis, prioritize product features and clearly articulate decisions and trade-offs to build solutions for market leadership.</li> <li class="x">Work with customers, Industry experts/analysts and internal product owners in defining and leading the Data & Analytics roadmap for the organization.. </li> <li class="x">Responsible for aligning & creating the product strategy; functional and technical roadmap & direction setting in alignment with divisional and organizational objectives and strategies. </li> <li class="x">Responsible for budgeting, execution, roll-out strategy & maintenance of the solution & it’s components for different Insurance product lines as per agreed direction and roadmap. </li> <li class="x">Help identify and establish key technology and sales partnerships. </li> <li class="x">Communicate the product roadmap/features to both internal and external key stakeholders. </li> <li class="x">Represent product in front of customers and prospects in both pre and post sales situations. </li> <li class="x">Plan & execute customer education and knowledge series (via webinars, forums, promotion videos etc.)</li> <li class="x">Review and interpret customer usage and demand patterns to uncover new product insights for increased adoption. </li> <li class="x">Responsible for the management of product documentation and demo content creation and publication.</li> <li class="x">Lead, manage & grow the product unit.</li> </ul> Role Requirements <ul> <li class="x">15+ years of extensive product leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people influence skills.</li> <li class="x">Well versed and up-to-date with latest in technology and market trends in the data and analytics space.</li> <li class="x">Prior experience in managing / developing / delivering data & analytics solutions is must. </li> <li class="x">Proven experience of product management in agile environments is desirable. </li> <li class="x">Thorough knowledge of dwh/analytics ecosystem and software development methods and processes</li> <li class="x">Must have business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with professionally done presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success.</li> <li class="x">Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals.</li> <li class="x">Aptitude to develop and maintain satisfactory working relationships with both the client and internal stakeholders and to deal effectively with high velocity, fast growth work environments.</li> <li class="x">Prior experience of working in product-based organization is advantageous.</li> <li class="x">Prior experience of working in Insurance/BFSI domain is advantageous.</li> <li class="x">MBA or Masters in Engineering preferred.</li> </ul>
