We focus on creating meaningful customer journeys both for insurers as well as end-users. As a designer at Sapiens you will therefore work with a broad range of design challenges. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain design systems for our customer facing solutions. Sapiens is now building a team that will be leading and maintaining a cross project design system, you will be working closely with other design teams in Sapiens located in Lithuania, Denmark, India, Germany and Israel. About the position You will be operating across the entire company and therefore in close collaboration with a big range of different projects with different teams and departments in Sapiens. Work related travel should be expected appx. 2-4 times a year. You will also be working closely with a development team that will be implementing the design systems from a technical point of view. About the work <ul> <li>Design systems and patterns that will allow product designers and front-end engineers to focus on product-level problems and ship high quality work in an efficient way.</li> <li>Providing tools and patterns used to create visual consistency between different sapiens solutions. </li> <li>Create intuitive visuals and interactions with principles and patterns across a large set of products.</li> <li>Provide design guidelines and documentation that resonates well with the other design teams.</li> <li>Participate in sprint reviews and evaluate development implementation</li> <li>Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks</li> <li>Participate in usability and user testing of solutions</li> <li>Expand and maintain our UI library</li> </ul> Required skills <ul> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process</li> <li>General understanding of UX methods and processes</li> <li>Experience with enterprise UI design</li> <li>Relevant educational background</li> <li>Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio (examples required)</li> <li>Excellent visual design skills with focus on user-system interactions</li> <li>Proficiency in Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar UI tool.
