Responsibilities <ul> <li>Source, recruit, interview and close professionals across a wide range of roles across IT.</li> <li>Working closely with management at all levels to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.</li> <li>Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, as well as the Global Recruiting teams and HRBP.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li> 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably a blend of corporate and agency </li> <li>Extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience</li> <li>Experience recruiting for technology companies is highly desired (either direct or at an agency).</li> <li>Strong sourcing skills(LinkedIn & Job portals )</li> <li>Familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools.</li> <li>A creative thinker that can come up with new and innovative solutions.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow up skills.</li> <li>Excellent MS Office skills – Excel, Outlook, Word.</li> <li>Experience working with an ATS desired, priority given to SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.</li> <li>Comfortable working individually as well, as well as partnering with a globally and culturally diverse team.</li> <li>Experience in handling Full time or Permanent position, preferably product companies.</li> </ul> Sapiens is an E-Verified & Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V.
