For more information: <a href="http://www.sapiens.com/">www.sapiens.com</a>. <h1>Job Description:</h1> Roles & Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct BI/DWH Testing; </li> <li>Coach & Mentor the team</li> <li>Ownership of End-to-End test activities</li> <li>Lead & Manage project on QA front</li> <li>Understanding insurance business process and the Business Requirements </li> <li>Preparing Functional/Technical Specifications.</li> <li>Design test cases for all scenarios (i.e. positive, negative testing, boundary) including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functional to ensure maximum coverage.</li> <li>Verify requirement traceability from System Requirements through test cases and defects</li> <li>Validate Test Preparation and verify all teams are aligned with what needs to occur to build/prepare the test plan</li> <li>Validate the Data against source and target on various platforms / layers</li> <li>Update & maintain documentation of the executed test cases</li> <li>Proficient in converting complex business rules to SQL test scripts.</li> <li>Proficient in test data creation</li> <li>Proficient in Test management tools, HP AL, Jira - Zephyr.</li> </ul> Requirement: - <ul> <li>Overall 8+ years of experience in DWH and Report software testing.</li> <li>Ability to understand the concepts of Insurance and grasp the functional/business aspects </li> <li>Ability to prepare test case, Advance PL/SQL test scripts</li> <li>Ability to prepare test data using automation test framework (selenium) or other scripting knowledge (Python)</li> <li>Ability to build/work on Automation Framework</li> <li>Ability to understand DWH design</li> <li>Ability to understand DWH & ETL Concepts.</li> <li>Ability to identify design defects</li> <li>Ability to write and execute test plans based on system and validation requirements with minimum guidance</li> <li>Ability to create testcases in test management tool</li> <li>Ability to create & present weekly status report</li> <li>Ability to prepare defect dashboards and report</li> <li>Clear ISTQB Advanced</li> <li>Test strategy preparation</li> <li>Test process audit</li> <li>Ability to do test estimation for simple testing tasks</li> <li>Test planning and analysis</li> <li>Test reporting and control</li> </ul>
