For more information: <a href="http://www.sapiens.com/">www.sapiens.com</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p> <ol> <li>Being part of Global Service Desk Team (Handling calls from across locations)</li> <li>In-depth extensive knowledge and <u>work experience</u> in Microsoft office apps, with emphasis on office 365, and Microsoft OS</li> <li>Technical <u>work experience </u>in Active directory, hardware issues, SharePoint, Exchange </li> <li>Basic understanding on Networking and Lan Infra.</li> <li>Managing and troubleshooting user account related issues through Microsoft Office 365 Portal.</li> <li>Deploying OS and all the applications to Desktops and Laptops through SCCM</li> <li>Troubleshooting VM issues through SCVMM tool.</li> <li>Troubleshooting on all Software and Hardware related issues remotely</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><b>Requirements:</b></p> <ol> <li>In-depth extensive knowledge and work experience in Microsoft office apps, with emphasis on office 365, and Microsoft OS – A must</li> <li>Technical work experience in Active directory, hardware issues, SharePoint, Exchange - A must</li> <li>SCCM, SCVMM knowledge – strong advantage</li> <li>Knowledge on RDS and VDI is an advantage</li> <li>MCSA/MCSE certified – a Must</li> <li>5 to 7 years of customer support experience in global team- a Must (Exp in supporting US based customers is an Advantage)</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with excellent verbal and written English- A must.</li> <li>Ability to work in shifts (24/7)</li> <li>Self-driven and independent who is able to take responsibility and proactively carry on tasks as a self-contributor</li> <li>Ability to multi-task, Fast learner, good interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical skills, self-learner and Service Orientation.</li> <li> Need to prepare a knowledge base for all critical issues handled for the team and future use.</li> </ol> <p><br> <b>Sapiens is an E-Verified &amp; Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V.</b></p>
