For more information: <a href="http://www.sapiens.com/">www.sapiens.com</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Description</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Define migration approach</li> <li>Conduct functional and Technical analysis</li> <li>Perform migration mapping, transformation design and implementation using ETL tools</li> <li>Prepare test scenarios</li> <li>Offer functional support to the development and testing teams</li> <li>Elicit customer requirements and translate them into functional, data mapping/ transformation requirements and interface specifications</li> <li>Match between functional requirements and application system options/ functionality in an efficient manner</li> <li>Aligning functional specifications with the development team</li> <li>Serve as the functional and technical support point for the different testing phases (ST, mock ups, dress rehearsal etc.)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Desired Skills and Experience</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science</li> <li>Business Analyst skills - ability to translate functional requirements to test scenarios</li> <li>Experience in Data Migration or Data Integration (merging from multiple sources)</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Expert level knowledge and experience with information systems (such as ERP)</li> <li>Understanding the data models and structures of complex technology systems</li> <li>Experience working with SQL </li> <li>Experience analyzing and implementing interfaces between systems is an advantage</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferable</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Knowledge and experience working within the insurance industry</li> </ul> <ul> <li>ETL knowledge and experience is an advantage</li> <li>SQL scripting experience is an advantage</li> <li>Strong MS Office skills</li> <li>Programming experience is an advantage</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>Travel Requirement:</em></strong> Occasional travel, both domestic and international (maximum 30% on average)</p> <p> </p>
