Able to solely manage client</li> <li>Able to manage and lead at least 5 to 7 implementation engineers & lead multiple projects parallelly</li> <li>Own & manage end to end Implementation projects</li> <li>Document user interface and system integration requirements</li> <li>Document, research and assist in the resolution of issues throughout the SDLC</li> <li>Configure complex requirement including integration</li> <li>Act as liaison between the client implementation and the product development teams</li> <li>Support client development teams throughout all phases of application implementation</li> <li>In addition, job activities may include: Project coordination and project management</li> <li>Support the development and delivery of training materials</li> <li>Augment/Support QA staff with specific subject matter expertise</li> <li>Develop and maintain client and internal staff configuration related documentation</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Experience & Skills:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience of 6 to 8 years</li> <li>Lead and manage a team of Technical Analysts</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and attention-to-detail skills</li> <li>Ability to learn new and complex topics quickly</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with a team and as a strong independent contributor</li> <li>Ability to quickly build credibility and rapport with clients as well as colleagues</li> <li>Professional presence, exercising good judgment and taking initiative when necessary</li> <li>Experience with web-based application designs</li> <li>Configuration – web pages, templates, property files, CSS changes, etc.</li> <li>Familiarity with XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, AJAX, SQ</li> <li>Experience on any programming language is preferred</li> <li>Strong business and technology acumen required</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, Word </li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree required; Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information, or Engineering is preferred</li> <li>Experience with data modeling</li> <li>Structured programming language background preferred</li> <li>Experience/Exposure to relational databases, Web development using</li> <li>HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred</li> <li>Experience on Production support is preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with the concepts of Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services / SOAP, and Meta Model-based architectures preferred</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication in English, Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment</li> </ul>
