For more information: <a href="http://www.sapiens.com/">www.sapiens.com</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Designation<em><strong>:</strong></em><em> Learning Design Specialist</em></p> <p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the architect of drawing up specifications and blueprints for learning sessions and developing the learning deliverables in accordance with the design.</li> <li>Develop course agendas, decides how best to deliver the course, and design exercises, simulations and KPI factors in blended learning mode</li> <li>Test content across a range of browsers and devices to detect issues and to quickly fix them</li> <li>Analyse training needs and propose the directions that learning solution should take.</li> <li>Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions - including high level and detailed level designs - that address the business' needs and priorities.</li> <li>Update existing traditional content in collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts</li> <li>Develop learning solutions (e-Learning, Workshops, Courses, learning programs).</li> <li>Create learning technology solutions using authoring tools.</li> <li>Create new learning content in collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts</li> <li>Be a learning "guru", someone who always comes up with cutting edge learning solutions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 5 to 6+ years working experience with creating learning content and 2 years’ in instructional design</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), multiple teams in a product centred environment at higher level.</li> <li>Awareness of latest L&D theories, frameworks, models and evaluation protocols that align with the needs of the digital learner. And Deeply familiar with SCORM, ADDIE model, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical skills to draw insights from data.</li> <li>Experience with web-based course management tools (such as Blackboard, Course Plus, LearnShare, Success Factors or other LMS) and online conferencing software such as Zoom.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar to audio and visual editing tools like Premiere, Camtasia, Other industry standard learning authoring tools (Adobe Suite)</li> <li>Experience delivering both in-person and virtual instructor-led training.</li> <li>Experience in managing e-Learning content developer team and guiding efficiently towards proficiency.</li> <li>Exposure to IT applications for business processes</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in senior level business leaders interactions.</li> <li>Experience working in a global environment – advantage</li> <li>Preferably, a degree or masters in Education, Behavioural Science, or Mass Communications domains</li> </ul>
