For more information: </span><a href="http://www.sapiens.com" style="text-decoration:underline">www.sapiens.com</a><span style="">.</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Job Descriptions:</b></p> <ul> <li>Participate in the implementation of an enterprise application for insurers</li> <li>Understand the business requirements, to do a gap analysis with the application, to identify solution approaches including design approaches, and finalize these with the users</li> <li>Act as a liaison between the customer business users and the project development and testing team</li> <li>Configure business rules, calculations and formula using an object-oriented rule engine.</li> <li>Design and execute test cases to verify the user <b>expectations</b> in real-life</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in implementation (requirement gathering, & gap analysis) of a business application in any domain - Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing. </li> <li>Good conceptual, analytical, mathematical skills</li> <li>Strong techno-functional orientation, with understanding of IT Landscape, Object Orientation, multi-tier Application, Database Design & the readiness to understand business processes, interesting calculations, SQL queries</li> <li>Ability to match between customer functional requirements and application system functionalities</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>MBA with B.E (or equivalent), CA (or equivalent).</li> <li>Good learner and self-starter, and a team player, ready for the next challenge - wherever it may be.</li> <li>Any Insurance Certification – will be preferred</li> <li>Experience in insurance, esp non-life insurance and exposure to a policy admin system- like IDIT/Policy400/Genesys/E-Bao Tech / FirstGen/Premia/INGENIUM/ALIS/Life-Asia – will be preferred..</li> </ul>
