Office base: Flexible UK Key responsibilities … <ul> <li>Ensure all Requirements, Design, Interface and Output Deliverables are delivered on time</li> <li>Act as a Consultant in requirement and design workshops internally and externally</li> <li>Manage and Engage with Lead BA/Project Director/Delivery Manager on all project Deliverables, Actions, Assumptions, Risks, Issues, Decisions, Constraints</li> <li>Support Product Owner (or act as Product Owner) especially in defining and refining the Backlog</li> <li>Review and sign-off all assigned User Stories</li> <li>Support Development throughout the build phase, including the technical design</li> <li>Review the Test Scripts and support testing throughout test phase</li> <li>Help define acceptance criteria and high level estimates</li> <li>Working to Sapiens processes & Sapiens best practices</li> <li>Provide clients with functional analysis and design advice guidance and consultancy in Sapiens solution throughout the project</li> <li>Manage and participate in Peer Review activities, interacting with other Business Analysts, to ensure quality and completeness of requirement and design work</li> <li>Support the definition and ongoing management of User Stories</li> </ul> Skills and Experience required … Essential <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst</li> <li>Extensive financial services (Life, Pensions or banking/Investments) project experience</li> <li>Customer-facing experience (internal or external)</li> <li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements</li> <li>Experience of supporting the design of end-to-end solutions</li> <li>Experience of implementing significant functional change</li> <li>Experienced in full project lifecycle having been involved in numerous system implementation or enhancement projects</li> <li>Willingness to travel to client sites.
