He or she must be able to quickly win and maintain the trust of business and technical managers, forge a unified approach by building consensus among stakeholders, lead teams of varying knowledge and maturity, deliver projects with unwavering dedication and determination, possess the ability to rapidly incorporate new learnings, work in a dynamic start-up like environment, integrate easily into Agile teams, deliver outstanding value to clients and team members alike, travel consistently to client sites for project delivery, juggle multiple demands, prioritize and remain focused. </span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span><span style=""><b>Job Responsibilities</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="">Support Account Manager to achieve account targets and future opportunities.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span style="">Management of Sapiens DECISION projects at customer locations. </span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="">Manage customer expectations and deliverables. </span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="">Manage executive steering committees.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span style="">Partner closely with business and technical leads in sizing and delivery of functionality. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span style="">Estimate, create and manage project budgets including tracking and monitoring project cost and review of budgets and costs with customer and internal management.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span style="">Ensure project deliveries are meeting requirements, on-time and on-budget. </span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="">Report, document and manage risks, risk mitigation activities and the resolution of project issues. </span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="">Work with business and technical leads to prioritize issues/problems and the scheduling of workarounds and fixes for such items.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><span><span style=""><b>Superior Candidate Skills and Experience</b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="">Proven track record of leading projects that routinely result in high stakeholder satisfaction (within-scope/budget, on-time, superior quality).</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="">Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for all levels of stakeholders (incl.
