The position requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.</p> <p>This position requires technical aptitude and customer-facing skills.</p> <p>This position does not have supervisory responsibilities such as hiring and performance/pay reviews.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Description:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Leading project planning sessions</li> <li>Coordinating staff and internal resources</li> <li>Managing project progress and adapt work as required</li> <li>Ensuring projects meet deadlines</li> <li>Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders</li> <li>Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation</li> <li>Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review</li> <li>Designing risk mitigation plan</li> <li>Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Desired Skills & Experience:</b></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in project management</li> <li>Experience with all aspects of project management practices including the use of Microsoft Project</li> <li>A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize concurrent work assignments</li> <li>Experience working with off-shore teams</li> <li>Strong business orientation, experience in direct interaction with customers</li> <li>Strong customer support experience</li> <li>Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.</li> <li>Motivated to succeed with a can-do approach.</li> <li>Written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Capacity to manage high stress situations</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously</li> <li>Leadership skills</li> <li>Big-picture thinking and vision</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Conflict resolution skills</li> <li>PMP certification – preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <b>Sapiens is an E-Verified & Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V. </b></p> <p> </p>
