For more information: <a href="http://www.sapiens.com">www.sapiens.com</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Full Job Requirements</b></p> <p>5+ years of experience in Data Migration/ETL. 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing consulting delivery role engaged in an onsite/offshore delivery model. Property and Casualty Insurance experience is required.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Work with customers and Sapiens Business Analysts in gathering business requirements for data migration needs and data mapping requirements</li> <li>Work across multiple project streams to understand data usage and implications for data migration</li> <li>Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements</li> <li>Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details in conjunction with the Conversion Implementation Team</li> <li>Perform source system data analysis in order to manage source to target data mapping</li> <li>Perform migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another</li> <li>Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting</li> <li>Manage data assurance for physical data items in source and target systems</li> <li>Strong solutioning skills required to design and implement technical solution and a data solution while mitigating risk</li> <li>Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is required</li> <li>Ability to manage time in accomplishing complex tasks while coordinating and mentoring data migration technicians is a plus</li> </ul> <p>Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across the delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.<br> </p> <p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Work with customers in gathering business requirements for data migration needs.</li> <li>Work across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration.</li> <li>Assist in designing, planning and managing the data migration process.</li> <li>Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements.</li> <li>Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.</li> <li>Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan.</li> <li>Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.</li> <li>Perform source system data analysis in order to manage source to target data mapping.</li> <li>Perform migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another.</li> <li>Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting.</li> <li>Manage cross-program data assurance for physical data items in source and target systems.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Sapiens is an E-Verified & Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V.</b></p> <p> </p>
