For more information: <a href="http://www.sapiens.com/">www.sapiens.com</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b>:</p> <ul> <li>Manage operational HR system (SuccessFactors)</li> <li>Serve as a focal point for system support</li> <li>Provide operational reporting solutions</li> <li>Conduct data quality audits</li> <li>Support implantation of new modules and system enhancements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>Previous knowledge and operation of HR systems (up to 2 years) – SuccessFactors is a strong advantage</li> <li>Experience with HR processes - advantage</li> <li>Strong analytical skills – for data audits and creating Ad hoc reports</li> <li>Experience with MS Office tools (incl. advanced functions in Excel)</li> <li>Ability to understand technical concepts quickly</li> <li>Team player, proactive and customer- oriented approach</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Preferably a Technical Degree or relevant experience</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>Self-learning ability</li> </ul>
