Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Business Process Management, or Continuous Improvement preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP workflows and integration with other platforms. Familiarity with automation technologies and data analytics frameworks. Knowledge of governance and compliance standards.</li> <li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio). Ability to use data visualisation tools (Power BI). Understanding of data structures and pipelines. Competence in workflow redesign and documentation tools. Exposure to low-code automation platforms (Power Automate, Zoho Creator). Ability to interpret data-driven insights for process improvement. Understanding of machine learning concepts, automation, and predictive analytics.</li> <li>Language Skills: Arabic and English proficiency.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience: Minimum 5 years in process improvement, ERP optimization, or operational excellence roles.
