<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:white">To effectively maximize Parts & Service sales within his assigned territory.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Accountabilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Consistently meet his sales targets.</li> <li>Develop and maintain excellent long-term relationships with assigned customers, based on trust.</li> <li>Perform various equipment inspections to the required standard, such as CTS, SOS, TA, etc., and provide his customers with the most cost-effective solutions to their day-to-day maintenance problems.</li> <li>Manage his assigned territory efficiently and effectively by continually updating information regarding customer, equipment population, market activity, competition, lost sales and identifying potential for incremental sales.</li> <li>Identify and promptly report sales opportunities for all Company Divisions.</li> <li>Maintain, at all times, a professional image and the highest level of integrity in all business dealings.</li> <li>Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.</li> <li>Conduct regular customer site visits, prepare call reports, and follow up on identified Parts and Service opportunities in a timely manner.</li> <li>Actively promote Company Parts and Service programs, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize customer engagement and aftermarket revenue.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Educational Qualifications and Certifications:</strong> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">University Degree in Engineering.</span></p> <p><strong>Knowledge: </strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Product Support Background.</span></p> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Basic Mechanical Engineering Skills.</span></p> <p><strong>Language Skills: </strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">English Advance Level</span></p> <p><strong>Experience: </strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">5 years post-Apprenticeship service with CAT or recognized heavy equipment dealership in a Product Support environment.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Interactions</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Key Internal Contacts:</strong> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Parts.
