<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Summary</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black;background-color:white">To support steel fabrication and manufacturing projects by preparing, monitoring, and updating production and project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating planning data to ensure timely execution of approved plans in line with functional requirements and company standards.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Accountabilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Prepare and maintain detailed production and project schedules for steel fabrication and manufacturing activities.</li> <li>Monitor daily and weekly progress against approved plans and highlight deviations to the line manager.</li> <li>Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Site teams to collect progress data and update schedules accordingly.</li> <li>Support material planning by tracking material availability against planned production schedules.</li> <li>Prepare routine planning, progress, and variance reports for management review.</li> <li>Assist in identifying schedule risks and contribute to recovery and mitigation actions as directed.</li> <li>Maintain accurate planning records, schedules, and progress documentation.</li> <li>Support coordination and progress review meetings by providing updated planning data.</li> <li>Ensure planning activities comply with company procedures, reporting standards, and system requirements.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><strong>Educational Qualifications and Certifications:</strong> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Civil Engineering or equivalent.</span></li> <li><strong>Knowledge:</strong> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Basic knowledge of steel fabrication processes, production planning, and project scheduling.</span></li> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Project planning and scheduling. MS Excel and MS Project (or equivalent planning tools).
