<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Summary</H2> </div><div>To work jointly with PSD senior technical office to study customer’s specifications, respond to technical clarifications and make arrangements for pricing with HO to meet client/consultant requirements </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Provide technical back up to the sales force in order that the customer requirements are fully met.</li> <li>Prepare technical data required for non-standard quotations, compliance/deviation statements and technical submittal for customers from Information and specification supplied by the Salesman/customer.</li> <li>Visit customer’s site to gather technical data required for quoting or attend technical resolution meeting to assist the customer to take a decision related to power systems.</li> <li>Assist Product Support Department on technical issues related to brand new products</li> <li>Communicate with suppliers of attachments related to our Gen-set product to quote, place orders and approve drawings.</li> <li>Offer technical assistance to customers to ensure compatibility between Zahid supplied equipment and others.</li> <li>Specifying the correct equipment to meet the customer requirements at the most competitive price levels. In addition, the machinery must be delivered and commissioned within the contract timescale and quoted costs.</li> <li>Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude</H2> </div><div>Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Engineering - Electrical Knowledge: Knowledge in Electric generator concept Technical Skills: <ul> <li>Knowledge in Machines and single line diagram analysis</li> <li>PC Skills and MS office Proficiency</li> </ul> Language Skills: <ul> <li>Fluency in both English and Arabic </li> <li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal</li> </ul> Experience: Min. one Year experience in similar industry or Fresh graduates considered as exception with the right attributes </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Interactions</H2> </div><div>Key Internal Contacts: Service Operations Manager.
