About this role
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.</li> <li>Over 5 years working experience as Engineer or Techinician for key account, handling IVD products (Hematology, Chemistry, Immunoassay) with proper clinical or engineering background.</li> <li>Better understanding and insight for the overall workflow and pain points of IVD customer like Lab or Hospitals</li> <li>Proficient at Microsoft Office software and experience on the internal cross-department synergy</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Provide services including project-based installation, troubleshooting, PPM etc. as per customer’s request, ensure the SLA fulfillment as the agreement</li> <li>take care the overall satisfaction and ultimately responsibility of key account by efficiency synergy with distributor team</li> <li>following up the requirement and demands to ensure the match between product solution features and customer workflow, bring the efficiency improvement as end user perspective.</li> <li>Provide proactive visit and service activity to proceed and ensure the product solution value loop closed proper.</li> </ul>
