<p><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Diploma Degree or above, majoring in Biomedical Engineering or other related field.</span></li> <li><span>At least 5 years of experience as Clinical Application Specialist (handling Laboratory equipment, preferably Hematology).</span></li> <li><span>Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.</span></li> <li><span>Proficient in Microsoft software and SAP operation</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Assist to achieve sales target of IVD product line in the specific territory.</span></li> <li><span>Provide technical support to sales team and local distributors.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct demo during expo or customer visit.</span></li> <li><span>Accommodate any rising questions related with the equipment from sales, distributors, and end users.</span></li> <li><span>Attend local promotion activities, such as exhibitions, congresses, seminars and workshops.</span></li> <li><span>Collect distributors and end-users’ feedbacks from the market; </span></li> <li><span>Summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.</span></li> <li><span>Inventory control of demo units (cost, location, logistics and demo agenda).</span></li> <li><span>Provide trainings to local distributors.</span></li> </ul>
