<p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree or above. Majoring in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering, or another related field.</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service experience and solid background in Medical Device Industry.</li> <li>Excellent English speaking and writing skills.</li> <li>Great communication skills, team management, and well-organized.</li> <li>Good marketing sense in improving customer’s loyalty and trust.</li> </ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct productive visits and observations to key customers.</li> <li>Establish customers’ profiles and make analysis according to key indicators of service requirements and their characteristics.</li> <li>Supervise and evaluate service activities on key customers.</li> <li>Dig out customer painful points as well as recognize service potential opportunities.</li> <li>Maintain good relationship with key customers and continuously improve customer service activities.</li> <li>Internal sales & service synergy and communication with HQ department to push the comprehensive issue.</li> </ul>
