<p>Position Title</p> <p>IVD Service Engineer</p> <p> </p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>Bangladesh (based in Bangladesh, covering South Asia)</p> <p> </p> <p>Channel Management</p> <ol start="1" type="1"> <li>Support channel engineers in completing the installation of the first unit for new products.</li> <li>Provide technical support to channel engineers in resolving complex and difficult equipment issues.</li> <li>Conduct technical training for channel engineers to continuously improve their technical capabilities.</li> <li>Based on the channel management model, assist channel partners in continuously enhancing their service capabilities to meet customer service requirements.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p>Customer Management</p> <ol start="1" type="1"> <li>Conduct regular customer visits to maintain good customer relationships and continuously improve customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Perform on-site inspections of channel engineers’ repair and preventive maintenance activities to ensure service quality and stable equipment operation.</li> <li>Collect customer issues and requirements, drive the resolution of these issues and requirements, and provide timely progress updates to customers.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p>Cross-functional Collaboration</p> <ol start="1" type="1"> <li>Coordinate spare parts, logistics, and regional technical support resources to ensure service response efficiency.</li> <li>Maintain effective communication and collaboration with sales teams, channel partners, spare parts teams, and regional support teams.</li> <li>Provide timely feedback on product issues and improvement suggestions.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p>Continuous Learning and Capability Development</p> <ol start="1" type="1"> <li>Continuously learn the company’s latest IVD products and technologies.</li> <li>Participate in company-organized technical training, certification programs, and competency assessments.</li> <li>Continuously enhance personal technical skills and customer service capabilities.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><u>Requirements:</u></p> <ol> <li>Education：Bachelor degree or above, major in biomedical 、biology or related.</li> <li>Experience： 2 or more years experience in IVD product companies. Be familiar with the principle of IVD products, such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay and Hematology analyzers.</li> <li>Good written and spoken English；</li> <li>Familiar with computer and office software</li> </ol>
