<p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Job summary:</strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Product specialist will be fully in charge of biochemistry and immunology product lines promotion and sales support in Central Asia region.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">1. Provide technical support and training to Central Asia regional marketing, sales and distributors;</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">2. Solve product technical problems and provide product technical information to support pre-sales tendering process;</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">3. Provide support on new product launch, evaluation, registration, product positioning and pricing strategy;</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">4. Coordinate with HQ to realize product demands, deal with complaints, and ensure the product are suitable for the target market;</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">5. Help work out competitive strategy and give advice to sales on international business;</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">6. Collect and analyze marketing information and sales data to have market insight and provide expertise to related department;</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">7. Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and to give advice on product promotion materials;</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">8. Maintain relationships with key KOLs and develop new KOLs in Central Asia region;</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ol style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" start="1" type="1"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Working experience in IVD products, good understanding about Laboratory Analyzers and familiar with the work flow, and familiar with the hardware.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Working experience in the clinical lab or medical related discipline is a plus.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Excellent command of written & spoken English;</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication skills and clear logical thinking;</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong analytical skills and presentation skills;</li> </ol>
