<p><span style=""><strong>Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound, Northeast EU</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Location: Poland</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Highly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Career Enhancement</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>An exciting opportunity, due to growth in our success, is now available within our ambitious <strong>Ultrasound</strong> function.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a passionate and energetic clinical expert with knowledge and experience of ultrasound based diagnostics in a hospital and/or pre-hospital environment to</p> <p> </p> <p>develop this <strong>Poland based role covering Northeast EU</strong>, ambitious and commercial astute, you will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders being</p> <p> </p> <p>instrumental in driving successful presentations and training thus generating business growth across the Poland and other NEEU countries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Working in hospitals and clinics, you will support in trials, installation and training, with the primary objective of ensuring our customers are confident and competent in using</p> <p> </p> <p>Mindray products.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Acting as the knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray products.</li> <li>Liaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical presentations, installations and post-sales clinical support</li> <li>To our customers, you will be the product expert, educating them in the effective operation of our products</li> <li>Working with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate use.</li> <li>Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth</li> <li>Communicating at all levels, tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understood</li> <li>Keep clinical, technical and market knowledge up to date.</li> <li>Contributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks and training presentations</li> <li>Participation in congresses and workshops.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Providing the training to distributors team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What are we looking for in you?</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Clinical experience in Ultrasound</strong></li> <li><strong>Knowledge and experience of ultrasound-based diagnostics in a hospital and/or pre-hospital environment</strong></li> <li>Strong proven <strong>knowledge of Ultrasound market in Poland. The knowledge of UiS market in Northeast Region would be a strong plus</strong></li> <li>Demonstrate experience of working <strong>autonomously</strong></li> <li>Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives</li> <li>Commercial experience in a similar role advantageous</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>The <strong>ability to travel up to 50% of the time</strong> is required</li> <li>Fluent in English and Polish with the ability to work in Poland without requiring sponsorship</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>This truly is a position for candidates that are really looking for a role with difference, and one in which they can really make an impact.
