<p>Do you want to turn AI into real business value across DLG?</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the position</strong></p> <p>As our AI Manager you will play a key role in Group IT, where you will be responsible for maturing and executing DLG’s AI strategy in close collaboration with business units.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this role you will not only drive the direction and delivery of AI initiatives but also build and lead a team of AI specialists. You will be responsible for creating a strong foundation for how we develop, scale, and operate AI solutions across the organisation.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p> <p>You will be responsible for shaping the direction of AI across DLG while leading a team that delivers impactful, business-aligned solutions.</p> <p> </p> <p>More specifically you will:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Define and own the AI roadmap and use-case portfolio across business units</li> <li>Build, lead, and develop a team of AI specialists</li> <li>Translate business needs into scalable and impactful AI solutions</li> <li>Drive solution design from concept through architecture decisions to implementation</li> <li>Establish standards for data, integrations, security, scalability, and responsible AI</li> <li>Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and partners to ensure progress and quality</li> <li>Support build/buy decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise platforms</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>You are an experienced leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for developing both people and solutions.
