<div><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Job Purposes </p><p><p style="margin-left:21.3pt;">Control the operations mainly in providing support for the store operations in areas under responsibility, including stock count and shelf organizing to support overall operations in the store effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives</p> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Key Roles and Responsibilities </p><p><ul> <li>Control day-to-day operations of the staffs in the areas under responsibility to support overall operations of the store, including controlling inventory, damage prevention, quality assurance, according to store policy</li> <li>Control and monitor the operations in stock count, product display, and shelf cleaning to prepare goods for sale and support gross sales of the store</li> <li>Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department</li> <li>Control making summary reports of overall store operation support to propose to the supervisor</li> <li>Provide coaching and recommendations to store operation support staffs to improve skills in work</li> <li>Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation</li> </ul> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Standard Roles </p><p><p><u>Planning</u></p> <ul> <li>Manage daily operations and prioritize work under responsibility</li> <li>Manage and plan employee shift schedule</li> <li>Participate in management of team�s targeted goals and performance</li> </ul> <p><u>General Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Keep up to date with new trends and technology for applying in own department/team to improve own competence and enhance productivity within the team</li> <li>Attend and support organizational activities or projects</li> </ul> <p><u>People Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Provide coaching and advice to colleagues or new team member to solve problems at work </li> </ul> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Qualifications </p><p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in related field</li> <li>Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management</li> <li>Have good personality</li> <li>Have service mind and good manners</li> <li>Be responsible and enthusiastic</li> </ul> </p></p></div>
