<div><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Job Purposes </p><p><p style="text-align: justify;">Participate in setting up plans, strategies, and policies for investment, including identifying and developing investment opportunities, appraising commercial and financial viability of the organization, along with providing investment information and advice, and building relationship with key stakeholders, in order to support business performance and achievement</p> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Key Roles and Responsibilities </p><p><ul> <li>Participate in setting up annual budget and directions of investment to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization</li> <li>Lead and implement financial strategies to present investment opportunities and analysis to establish investment action plans and support financial operations effectively</li> <li>Maintain knowledge about finance and investment along with provide investment information and advice to corporate and clients to increase stocks, investments, and trusts</li> <li>Coordinate with investment analysts to keep up to date about market situations, and assess financial information and investment opportunities</li> <li>Build and maintain relationship with clients and expand network to support investment operations</li> <li>Ensure future earning and profit potential with complex financial models</li> <li>Monitor making summary reports of overall investment to improve the performance of the team</li> </ul> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Standard Roles </p><p>" <p><u>Planning</u></p> <ul> <li>Set up divisional policies, strategies, and business plans that aligning with business directions and goals and focusing on operational excellence</li> <li>Set up budget of own division and propose for approval</li> <li>Manage and control the operating cost of division within the approved budgets and resources</li> <li>Manage, follow up, and evaluate divisional performance and ensure targeted goals and plans are carried out accurately</li> <li>Delegate responsibilities to others and apply operational or strategic management skills</li> <li>Provide leadership and manage the performance and responsibilities of the division</li> </ul> <p><u>General Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Keep up to date with the business trends and new technology for applying in own division to improve and enhance productivity within organization</li> <li>Track and monitor division�s performance to be able to achieve the desired goals effectively</li> <li>Build and maintain relationship with internal and external departments in order to create mutual coordination</li> </ul> <p><u>People Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Analyze and prepare manpower plan and position structure within own division</li> <li>Communicate organizational vision and directions to subordinates to create mutual understanding and coordination </li> <li>Provide coaching, mentoring, advice, and problem solving to subordinates to develop their knowledge and skills to effectively perform their duties aligning with business directions and changing environment</li> <li>Assess and monitor division�s performance which drives and aligns with organizational goals</li> <li>Being a good role model and change agent </li> </ul> " </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Qualifications </p><p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in related field</li> <li>Minimum 7-10 years in related field and 3-5 years of</li> <li>Strong financial analysis and business assessment skills;</li> <li>Strong Decision Making and Problem Solving</li> <li>Strong Analytical Thinking, Verbal and Written Communication Skills</li> </ul> </p></p></div>
