<div><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Job Purposes </p><p><p style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify;">วางแผน กำกับ ควบคุม และพัฒนาระบบการป้องกันสินค้าสูญหาย, การรักษาความปลอดภัย, การป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย, การทดสอบความพร้อมของบุคลากรในการรับพร้อมสถานการณ์เหตุฉุกเฉินต่างๆ รวมถึงการดูแล บำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือให้พร้อมใช้งานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ตลอดเวลา เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยให้กับลูกค้า และพนักงาน</p> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Key Roles and Responsibilities </p><p><ul> <li>วางแผนระบบงานป้องกันการสูญเสีย เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดการสูญเสียและสูญหายของสินค้า หรือลดยอดการสูญเสียและสูญหายให้เกิดน้อยที่สุด</li> <li>ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยทั้งภายในพื้นที่ห้าง ลานจอดรถ และรอบบริเวณอาคารให้เกิดความสงบเรียบร้อย</li> <li>ตรวจสอบ กำกับ พัฒนาระบบงานป้องกันการสูญเสีย การป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัยให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน พร้อมรับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินตลอดเวลา</li> <li>จัดทำคู่มือบริหารงานป้องกันการสูญเสีย พร้อมจัดทำแบบตรวจสอบมาตรฐานในการควบคุม</li> <li>วางแผน ควบคุมและติดตามประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อให้ดำเนินงานไปตามแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่กำหนดอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ</li> <li>ควบคุมการใช้งบประมาณ และจัดทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนของอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในระบบป้องกันสินค้าสูญหาย และระบบป้องกัน/ระงับอัคคีภัย เพื่อให้อยู่ในงบประมาณที่กำหนดอย่างเหมาะสม</li> <li>ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำในการปฏิบัติงานแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา รวมทั้งการพัฒนาทักษะความชำนาญ เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจว่าสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและมีความพร้อมต่อการโยกย้าย หรือแต่งตั้งในอนาคต</li> <li>ควบคุม วางแผนบริหารการใช้ทรัพยากรบุคคลและการมอบหมายงาน เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด </li> </ul> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Standard Roles </p><p><p><u>Planning</u></p> <ul> <li>Support information for setting up own departmental plans aligning with functional plans, directions and goals</li> <li>Support information for setting up annual budget of own department</li> <li>Manage the operating cost of department within the approved budgets and resources</li> <li>Manage, follow up, and evaluate team�s performance and ensure targeted goals and plans are carried out accurately</li> <li>Delegate responsibilities to others and apply operational or strategic management skills</li> <li>Provide leadership and manage the performance and responsibilities of the team</li> </ul> <p><u>General Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Keep up to date with new trends and technology for applying in own department/team to improve own competence and enhance productivity within the team</li> <li>Track and monitor team�s performance to be able to achieve the desired goals effectively</li> <li>Attend and support organizational activities or projects</li> </ul> <p><u>People Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Participate in analyzing and preparing manpower plan and position structure within own department</li> <li>Communicate necessary information to subordinates to create mutual understanding and coordination </li> <li>Provide coaching, mentoring, advice, and problem solving to subordinates to develop their knowledge and skills to effectively perform their duties aligning with business directions and changing environment</li> <li>Assess and monitor team�s performance which drives and aligns with organizational goals </li> </ul> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Qualifications </p><p><ul> <li>ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้านนิติศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือด้านสังคมศาสตร์ และมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในด้านงานป้องกันการสูญเสีย หรือรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปี</li> <li>มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในด้านมาตรฐานในงานป้องกันการสูญเสีย การรักษาความปลอดภัย การป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย การสืบสวนสอบสวน</li> <li>สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง </li> <li>มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานดี</li> <li>มีทักษะในการวางแผน และการบริหาร </li> <li>มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์</li> <li>มีความรับผิดชอบสูง </li> <li>มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และภาษาอังกฤษ</li> </ul> </p></p></div>
