<div><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Job Purposes </p><p><p>Control the operations of financial management, research, and analysis, including financial audit, financial product, along with maintaining and providing financial information to support organization goals, objectives, business plan, and growth</p> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Key Roles and Responsibilities </p><p><ul> <li>Control overall financial management, including financial audit and financial product, to support organization’s business plan and financial status effectively</li> <li>Monitor analysis, interpretation, and researching of financial studies, local trends, relevant economic, and financial data to make reports for management and planning of budget systems, and support business operations</li> <li>Develop long-range financial forecasts and related budgets</li> <li>Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in financial operations</li> <li>Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department</li> <li>Control making summary reports of overall financial operations to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of the team</li> <li>Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation</li> </ul> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Standard Roles </p><p><p><u>Planning</u></p> <ul> <li>Manage daily operations and prioritize work under responsibility</li> <li>Manage and plan employee shift schedule</li> <li>Participate in management of team�s targeted goals and performance</li> </ul> <p><u>General Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Keep up to date with new trends and technology for applying in own department/team to improve own competence and enhance productivity within the team</li> <li>Attend and support organizational activities or projects</li> </ul> <p><u>People Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Provide coaching and advice to colleagues or new team member to solve problems at work </li> </ul> </p></p><p style="padding: 10px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><p style="word-wrap: break-word;">Qualifications </p><p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in related field</li> <li>Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management</li> <li>Have knowledge in finance or mathematics</li> <li>Have analytical Numerical skills</li> <li> Have good computer skills</li> <li>Have Thai and English communication skills</li> <li>Be able to coordinate</li> </ul> </p></p></div>
