<div>Job PurposesSet up and develop plans, strategies and policies about finance, including monitoring and organizing practices, assessments, and objectives of finance to provide balance operations throughout department, aligning with regulations, accounting principles, and standards of the organization’s short and long-term financial goals Key Roles and Responsibilities<ul> <li>Set up overall ideas about finance functions, including annual budget and operating cost, in order to ensure effective financial transactions, policies, and procedures aligning with business objectives in accordance with regulations, and standards</li> <li>Lead and develop financial functions to ensure implementation of organization's financial strategy effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines</li> <li>Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company to support the operations and performances aligning with business plans</li> <li>Collaborate with other department heads about budget, commercial opportunity, capital expenditure, investment opportunity, and divestments to create mutual understanding in finance operations</li> <li>Communicate with stakeholders and outside financial entities to provide advice and progress of financial activities</li> <li>Assess the financial risk of any and all business operations, investments, and innovations</li> <li>Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation</li> </ul> Standard RolesPlanning <ul> <li>Set up functional policies, strategies, and business plans that aligning with business directions and goals and focusing on long-term profitability including creating value</li> <li>Set up budget of own function and propose for approval</li> <li>Manage and control resource plans as well as manage the operating cost of function within the approved budgets and resources</li> <li>Manage, follow up, and evaluate functional performance and ensure targeted goals and plans are carried out accurately</li> <li>Delegate responsibilities to others and apply operational or strategic management skills</li> <li>Provide leadership and manage the performance and responsibilities of the function</li> </ul> General Management <ul> <li>Keep up to date with the business trends and new technology for applying in own function to improve and enhance productivity within organization</li> <li>Advise and provide recommendations on the current process improvement activities</li> <li>Analyze information and set the working standard practices, protocol and related policies as for the standard working process for employees to follow</li> </ul> People Management <ul> <li>Analyze and prepare manpower plan and position structure within own function</li> <li>Communicate organizational vision and directions to subordinates to create mutual understanding and coordination</li> <li>Provide coaching, mentoring, advice, and problem solving to subordinates to develop their knowledge and skills to effectively perform their duties aligning with business directions and changing environment</li> <li>Assess and monitor functional performance which drives and aligns with organizational goals</li> <li>Being a good role model and change agent</li> </ul>Qualifications<ul> <li>Master’s degree in related field</li> <li>Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in related field and 5-7 years of team management</li> <li>Have knowledge in finance or mathematics</li> <li>Have analytical and numerical skills</li> <li> Have good computer skills</li> <li>Have Thai and English communication skills</li> <li>Be able to coordinate</li> </ul> </div>
