This leadership position is designed for an experienced professional who excels in managing diverse teams, driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within a dynamic global environment.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead, guide, and develop a multi-disciplinary global IT HR team to deliver high-quality service and support to various stakeholders within Knorr-Bremse Services Europe.</li><li>Take ownership of IT HR processes, ensuring their efficient implementation, continuous improvement, and alignment with regulatory compliance and corporate policies.</li><li>Collaborate with regional and global leadership to design and execute human resource strategies that support talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and engagement for IT professionals.</li><li>Manage workforce planning in coordination with business units to meet the evolving demands of IT projects and initiatives.</li><li>Provide expert advice and support on HR-related matters to IT management, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.</li><li>Drive the adoption of digital HR tools and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.</li><li>Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR activities, fostering an inclusive workplace where all team members can thrive.</li><li>Monitor key HR metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate team impact.</li><li>Establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless HR service delivery.</li></ul><h2>Candidate Profile</h2><p>We are seeking a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong background in human resources within the IT sector.
