As an innovator in our fields, we advance developments in mobility and transport technologies.</p><p><strong>Main Tasks & Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>- Maintain, harmonize and foster global Maintenance processes in close cooperation with Rail-plants</p> <p>- Develop, introduce and roll-out new SAP S4/Hana processes for module “Maintain to Produce” together with locations & IT-consultants (business side)</p> <p>- Actively manage and develop SAP related improvement projects/respective add-on functionalities (Rail view/coordination of locations)</p> <p>- Assess and control integration of existing/future Rail-IoT- and BI-applications with local tuning</p> <p>- Guide, consult and support locations in roll-out, service and development of maintenance processes and IT-solutions</p> <p>- Moderate and lead workshops and trainings with interdisciplinary and multinational teams</p> <p>- Check, validate and review local improvement suggestions and align with other plants</p> <p>- Develop roadmap for maintenance-/S4 Hana processes on global/plant level and support execution (KPI-Reporting, cost tracking, operating system)</p> <p>- Responsible for compliance with Rail-maintenance processes on a global level</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>- Technical education and strong manufacturing background</p> <p>- Minimum 7 years of working experience in the area of Maintenance and Operations</p> <p>- Strong know-how and good experience in maintenance methods, processes, tools and systems</p> <p>- Fluently spoken and written English on business level and willingness to travel on global basis</p> <p>- Project management skills</p> <p>- Good knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) , ideally additionally S4 Hana MtP</p> <p>- Strong, open minded motivated and self-driven personality</p> <p>- A practical person with an operational background, a challenger who is self-critical</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Participation in international projects</p> <p>Modern office environment</p> <p>Flexible working hours with Home Office opportunity</p> <p>Successful and fast-growing company</p> <p>Cohesive and supporting team</p> <p> </p>
