Profile Summary This is a senior structuring role within Mizuho EMEA’s CIB Structured Financing Group (CSF), focused on the securitisation product suite. CSF is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of complex structured finance transactions, working in close partnership with Relationship Management (RM) teams and key stakeholders. The role holder will contribute to the development and delivery of business strategy, lead on origination and execution of high value transactions, and drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong risk discipline and regulatory compliance. The position requires the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to the development of the broader franchise.
