You will be driving category performance and delivering customer-centric solutions that enhance execution along the Path to Purchase. This role is responsible for leading best-in-class shopper and customer marketing initiatives across Latin America, connecting Molson Coors brands to shoppers through omni-channel strategies and customized programming that create value and accelerate sales for customers and distributors. The executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution of shopper and trade marketing plans, while reinforcing the MCBC Purpose and Purchase strategy.You will report directly to the <strong>Sr. Manager Channel, Category and Customer Solutions</strong><strong> </strong> <strong>What You’ll Be Brewing:</strong><em><strong> </strong></em>Develop and deliver custom shopper and customer marketing programs across assigned geographies, creating omni-channel solutions (retail media, eCommerce, in-store activations) aligned with brand and channel strategies; collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless retail execution and connect brands with shoppers in relevant consumption occasions.Drive channel-specific strategies within key markets, assist in developing category growth plans based on shopper insights and retail dynamics, and establish market-level “Look of Success” standards to guide execution and measure performance aligned with LATAM portfolio strategies.Leverage shopper, customer, and market insights to inform program development; monitor execution data to identify gaps and opportunities; support dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and optimize performance.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key retailers; manage agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality program execution; foster consistent communication and collaboration across markets and functions.Partner with the Sr. Manager Channel, Category & Customer Solutions to strengthen team capabilities, drive alignment across LATAM, and participate in training initiatives to enhance shopper marketing and category management expertise.<strong>Key Ingredients: </strong><strong>Must be bilingual in English/Spanish</strong>Proven experience collaborating with multifunctional teams across Sales and MarketingStrong expertise in Sales, Channel Strategy, Retail Execution, Path to Purchase, Marketing principles, ROI, and syndicated market dataBrand-centric understanding of shopper insights, trade classes, and effectiveness of past brand activationsExceptional interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business challengesDemonstrated success working within a matrix-style organizationYou love a challenge.
