style="margin:0.0cm"><span style="">You will report to the Head of Plant Engineering, with functional reporting to the Project Engineering Manager for the projects you are assigned to.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm"><span style="">The other main interfaces will be the other Disciplines Lead Engineers and Engineers, Project Director and Project Manager, Project Procurement Team, Quality and HSE Project Team, Project Control Team as well as Client Technical Team and Suppliers.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm"><span style=""> </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm"><strong><span style="">You style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Lead the overall Tenova HSE Design and Process Safety for large and complex steel and process plants, ensuring that health, safety and environmental aspects are integrated into the design of the projects.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Ensure that design comply with HSE legislation/standards/norms, focusing on hazard identification & mitigation.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Prepare and review HSE design documentation, such as specifications, procedures, philosophies, reports, manuals, etc.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Participate in design HSE reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP and SIL sessions.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Participate in risk assessments and studies such as QRA, FERA.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Design Hazardous Area Classification.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Design active and passive fire protection (e.g. F&G, firefighting and fireproofing design).</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Design environmental protection measures (e.g. BAT compliance, emission limits specification, noise study).</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Ensure proper coordination between the Tenova Product Lines to achieve uniformity and consistency in HSED design.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Specifically develop the HSED engineering of the Balance of Plant (BoP), i.e. the Scope of Supply not covered by individual Tenova Product Lines. </span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Oversee the entire process of the material requisitions for the Fire Fighting equipment (MR, TBE, vendor follow up, review of vendor technical documentation).</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Ensure proper coordination with other technical disciplines.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Manage the outsourcing of HSED engineering (for specific deliverables or studies), ensuring compliance with contract standards and quality requirements.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Support the Site Technical Office and Construction/Commissioning team during erection and commissioning phases</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Support Proposal department for preparation of technical proposals (review of tender documents, style="margin:0.0cm"><strong><span style="">Requirements:</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Master’s degree in engineering.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE engineering design / process safety in complex projects for steel, oil&gas, power industries, including coordination and supervision of engineering subcontractors.</span></li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Knowledge of major HSED international codes, standards and best engineering practices (API, IEC, NFPA, etc)</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Knowledge of Hazard analysis techniques (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, SIL)</span></li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="">Familiarity with Office Suite, Autocad and Navisworks.</span></li> <li
