<div id="tor__fextListingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__fextListingLayout_content"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">We are looking for an <strong>E</strong><strong>lectrical and Automation Project Engineer</strong> to join the <strong>Downstream Automation</strong> team. This division is responsible for the design and supply of electrical and automation systems for reheating furnaces and strip processing lines with a specific focus on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The ideal candidate will work in close cooperation with the process and mechanical teams in order to develop electrical and automation engineering and related products for each project.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>You will be responsible for the following aspects:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Analysis of customer’s contractual specifications and elaboration of the basic technical projects requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Preparation of electrical and automation basic engineering (single line diagrams, control network layouts, motors, sensors and instrument lists, I/O lists, equipment location drawings, basic electrical calculations, etc…).</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Preparation of purchasing technical specifications for electrical and automation equipment, software and engineering.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Review of basic and detail engineering submitted by electrical and automation suppliers.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Coordination of internal and external resources during the engineering and manufacturing phase, in accordance with the Quality System, International Technical Standards and with all the contractual and internal technical requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaboration with project management and purchasing department in order to respect the scheduling and the contractual conditions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Assisting the construction and commissioning phase at site.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Required profile:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Degree in electrical engineering is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of the most common soft tools (word processing, spreadsheet, mechanical and electrical CAD, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Basic knowledge of PLC and automation networks architecture.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Organizational capabilities, results orientation, problem solving complete the ideal candidate profille.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Preferably at least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, kowledge of plants and machinery for reheating furnaces or strip processing industry is a value added.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Good knowledge of English written and spoken.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Willingness to travel.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Workplace: Genova</span></p> <div> <div> <div id="_com_1"></div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <table width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="height:36.0px"> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
