THIS IS BORSODI.</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage key suppliers to deliver more effective and efficient ways of working to target through the end to end supply chain;</li> <li>be responsible for the procurement of beer production categories (raw materials, packaging materials) and chemical agents;</li> <li>lead business response to supplier issues and ensure we deliver supplier performance to enable a lean supply chain;</li> <li>identify Business Unit requirements for supplier base and feed these requirements into global procurement to ensure supplier category reviews take full account;</li> <li>provide category expertise in relation to packaging materials / brewing materials and the Business Unit supplier market in each instance to feed in strategy and tactics;</li> <li>act as first point of contact with key suppliers and manage supplier issues in order to ensure smooth supply chain operation;</li> <li>cooperate closely with internal stakeholders: regional procurement category, brewing, packaging, quality and legal teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You need us, if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>have bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics;</li> <li>have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in the field of procurement (experience within supply chain, manufacturing area is an advantage);</li> <li>have excellent command in Hungarian and business English (written and verbal);</li> <li>are advanced user of MS Office programs and preferably SAP/Ariba;</li> <li>can effectively interact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of management;</li> <li>are able to manage complex projects with high proficiency;</li> <li>are a skilled communicator, influences and negotiates in order to be successful;</li> <li>have driving license (if you are located at Budapest, you should travel 1-2 times a week to Bőcs with a company pool car).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Place of work:</strong> Bőcs (preferred) or Budapest</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why is Borsodi the frothy side of life?</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>We offer you flexible benefits and bonus scheme on top of your base salary.</em></li> <li><em>You can combine the tranquillity of your home with our sparkling office environment, due to our hybrid working scheme.</em></li> <li><em>As a multinational company there is a wide range of development and career opportunity.</em></li> <li><em>We provide you cheerful community events, CSR programs to beer you up!</em></li> <li><em>You can work on such great products, which could not miss from any of the best parties!</em></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>#LI-Hybrid</em></p><p><span style=""><span style="">A Borsodinál és a Molson Coorsnál kedveljük a sokféleséget.
