We are Talentbrewers - we believe in our brands and our people, who can make a real difference as part of a winning team.</em></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic plan, monitor and control all research and analysis of market trends and customers;</li> <li>lead the country’s insight agenda to identify the right consumer, costumer, market and industry trends;</li> <li>design implications as key building block for our strategy for growth (both current business and future innovations);</li> <li>organize market researches of individual brands and propose recommendations on next brand steps;</li> <li>lead local innovation project team and drive all concepts, liquid development and testing;</li> <li>create strategical plans and documents in order to achieving approvals for innovation within the company;</li> <li>active cooperation with cross-functional teams, regional innovation team and external agencies;</li> <li>lead local marketing budget and brand performance tracking.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You need us, if you…:</strong></p> <ul> <li>have bachelors’ degree in the field of marketing / psychology / economics;</li> <li>gained 5 years experience in marketing, mainly in insight / innovation area (experience in beer/beverage industry is a notable advantage);</li> <li>have proven track record in project management and marketing researches;</li> <li>have excellent command of English and Hungarian (written and verbal) with the ability to influence others;</li> <li>know how to lead successfully a multidepartment project team to achieve business results;</li> <li>have strong analytical skills and understanding of innovation projects;</li> <li>are able to cope with tight deadlines and stress;</li> <li>can accelerate future opportunities for business growth;</li> <li>have driving license.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why is Borsodi the frothy side of life?</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>We offer you flexible benefits and bonus scheme on top of your base salary.</em></li> <li><em>As a multinational company there is a wide range of development and career opportunity.</em></li> <li><em>We provide you cheerful community events, CSR programs to beer you up!</em></li> <li><em>You can work on such great products, which could not miss from any of the best parties!</em></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>#LI-Hybrid</em></p><p><span style=""><span style="">A Borsodinál és a Molson Coorsnál kedveljük a sokféleséget.
