Our GBS history in Romania started in 2017, when Molson Coors Global Business Services was established in Bucharest, and since then we have become a 650 people strong organization and growing continuously. This role will work with the business units, BPE, PMO, IT/HRIS and GBS teams across centers to develop and deploy improved operational performance across Hire to Retire processes in scope for GBS. Addition to that, the role will develop an effective continuous improvement program across GBS HTR teams, to enable a frictionless, cost effective delivery model and improved user experience for all services rendered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Develop KPI’s, reporting standards and process monitoring tools as needed</li> <li>Contribute to improvement of the process control environment looking at escalations, issues and audit findings and proposing remediation plans and new /enhanced controls where required </li> <li>Partner with business and process owners on broader end to end standardization initiatives and lead process standardization and harmonization for services contracted</li> <li>Drive GBS HTR continuous improvement agenda (efficiency, quality, compliance) & lead specific continuous improvement projects within the tower</li> <li>Contribute to technology deployments and tool implementations and act as SPOC for new process implementations/changes/migrations</li> <li>Comply with Molson Coors human resources policies and practices to retain employees, evaluate performance, motivate, and grow talent</li> <li>Hold meetings to review individual and team performance</li> </ul> SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE <ul> <li>Strong Hire to Retire/HR process knowledge and experience on business processes management & process mapping</li> <li>Experience leading improvement and transformational projects and working / implementing SAP / SNOW / Chatbots / RPA</li> <li>Strong change management and influencing skills</li> <li>Strong presentation and communication skills and Advanced English Language level (B2 and above)</li> <li>People management/project management experience</li> <li>Experience with SSC/GBS/BPO/Big4 environment</li> </ul> <h1 style="margin:0.0in">LI-Hybrid</h1> Molson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
