The Headlines: The Machinist/Machine Repair Apprenticeship will be a (4) year apprenticeship. The position pays at a rate of $25.24 per hour with incremental pay increases based on completed program hours. This position reports to Manager Asset Care. The Responsibilities: <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Attend 4-year Hybrid program consisting of on-site learning and academic program at Waukesha County Technical College</li> <li>Required to sign a 4-year commitment upon completion of the apprenticeship program </li> <li>Machine repair of Brewing, Packaging, Shipping, and Utilities Equipment</li> <li>Understanding mechanical repairs, parts fabrication, blueprint reading</li> <li>Completing the mechanical changeovers and tuning equipment</li> <li>Predictive, Preventative, and Overhaul maintenance</li> </ul> The Other Qualifications: <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>You have a minimum High School Diploma or GED and must be 21 years or older.</li> <li>Ability to work all three shifts is critical</li> <li>Must be capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds</li> <li>Must be able to work at various heights (ladders, lifts, etc.)</li> <li>You love a challenge!
