We also have an expanding and evolving premium spirits range that includes Bandero Tequila. </p> <p><br>As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Purpose</strong></p> <p><br>We are on the search for a talented Technician Engineer to join us to work in the Bottle and Keg departments in one of our biggest breweries based in Burton on Trent.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have positions on the following shift patterns:</p> <p>Bottling - Rotating 4 on - 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights)</p> <p>Canning - 3 week shift pattern (Sunday - Saturday)</p> <ul> <li>Week 1 - 2 days, 3 nights, 2 days off</li> <li>Week 1 - 2 days off, 3 days, 2 days off</li> <li>Week 3 - 2 nights, 5 days off</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><br>• Responding to un-planned breakdowns in a timely manner, following up with breakdown analysis to avoid recurrence.<br>• Ability to work autonomously as part of team to manage planned work adherence.<br>• Supporting the operations department to execute engineering-based functions and improvements.<br>• Able to diligently adhere to practices within the work area to increase production reliability and decrease unexpected breakdowns.<br>• Effectively communicate with teams on other shifts through CMMS and daily handover meetings <br> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p><br>You may not meet all the criteria for the role, but don&apos;t let that stop you from applying.
