The role is secondment for 12 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Position Overview: </p> <p>Accountable to coordinate all logistics and distribution activities and service communications to all Export customers in Geo Expansion region. Leads fulfillment of all Customer orders, from <br>order to delivery. Is a direct contact for customers at source locations to make sure all expectations on service and quality are met. Assures compliance with destination country tax <br>and customs obligations. Partners with QFS department to resolve any pending quality concerns from the market.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities: </p> <p> </p> <p>1. Ensures order capture, customer service & logistics processes are enabling our first choice for customers and consumers strategy. Ensure SKU complexity is optimal and SKU order to delivery process is reliable and robust.<br>2. Manage the cost base of the function robustly and develops and maintains partnerships with transport companies – secure capacities, providing timely forecasts for different lanes, sorting out operational issues, checking costs for new lanes, etc.<br>3. Assures compliance with destination country tax and customs obligations.4. Support innovations and projects deployment to market at pace and with discipline in coordination with Export Projects team<br>5. Manages complaints towards customers, in partnership with QFS department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Education, Skills and Work Experience:</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>- Fluent English <br>- Understanding of supply chain principles<br>- Analytical skills - Communication & collaboration skills<br>- Understanding of product and supply chain costings<br>- Understanding export processes</p> <p>- Supply Chain experience in logistics<br>- Export and Customer Service roles</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>- Other language relevant to GE markets</p> <p>- Fluent Czech is advantage</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The closing date for application: Friday 3rd October 2025</p> <p> </p><p>Molson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
