As FP&amp;R Controller, you will:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Lead the reporting and analysis of Fixed Industrial and Logistics Costs (ZBB methodology) and Capex across budget, forecast, and actuals.</li> <li>Own the Actual P&amp;L reporting process, ensuring accurate comparisons against budget, prior estimates, and previous year, with clear variance explanations.</li> <li>Perform complex calculations for P&amp;L components, including royalty computations, and ensure consistency across SAP, BPC, and T&amp;R platforms.</li> <li>Provide financial insights and deep-dive cost analysis to cross-functional teams (Commercial, Supply, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, Corporate Affairs, Zone People).</li> <li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews, challenging cost assumptions and driving delivery of targets.</li> <li>Lead the design and optimization of Power BI dashboards, aligning reporting capabilities with evolving business needs.</li> <li>Lead the preparation of business cases and Capital Approval Requests, offering clear profitability assessments for Capex initiatives.</li> <li>Act as the main liaison with the Shared Services team, ensuring timely communication, knowledge transfer, and continuous process improvement.</li> <li>Document and refine workflows and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.</li> <li>Coordinate the consolidation of Country Performance Review reports, offering management a clear view of key KPIs in collaboration with Commercial and Supply Finance.</li> <li>Support updates to accounting, reporting, SOX, and operational procedures, ensuring alignment with internal controls and audit requirements.</li> <li>Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support strategic projects and innovation initiatives across departments.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This role is designed for you if you have:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role focused on financial analysis, performance reporting, and business partnering.</li> <li>Proven track record and expertise in managing complex reporting processes, budgeting cycles, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Strong understanding of US GAAP and Romanian statutory reporting.
